Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged in transit, please make sure that you obtain a receipt describing the damage, signed by the delivery person. It is important that you retain the carton and all the packing material, and contact us ASAP. If you noticed the damage after the delivery person has departed, contact the carrier promptly to schedule an inspection of your damaged shipment. If the carrier elects to pick up the damaged shipment from you, please make sure that you obtain a Receipt, and provide us with a copy thereof, so that we can begin to work on your replacement.
All our products are brand new and warrantied by the respective manufacturers, unless specifically stated otherwise on the specific product. All Manufacturer Warranties are subject to the conditions set forth by the respective manufacturers.
Manufacturers encourage that all warranty issues should be dealt with the specially designated Service Departments, as indicated in the paperwork packaged with the item - and usually provide toll free numbers for quick technical assistance, should you encounter any difficulty with the usage of a product. We encourage that you avail yourself of the free warranty service provided by each Manufacturer, as detailed in the paperwork supplied with your product. Many initially diagnosed 'defective' issues often turn out to be compatibility or usage issues, where the manufacturers' technical team can be quite helpful for a quick resolution.
If you need to cancel your Order, please contact Tamgy. Orders are processed rather quickly, and once an order has been entered into our shipping assembly line, it cannot be cancelled. Thus, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your Order prior to shipment. However, if upon receipt, you still do not want the product, it is returnable as per our Return Policy above.
If you refuse a shipment, please be aware that we still have to pay the carrier, both for the original shipping cost, and the return shipping. Shipping expenses incurred on your behalf are not refundable.
